Business Partner, Business trainer, coach and a specialised Gestalt counsellor
Professionally, Lena is a psychologist - she graduated from the Jagiellonian University (major in the field of Psychology in Management, Politics and Advertisement), a business trainer and a Gestalt therapist (in the process of certification). She is also a certified Trainer of the second degree of the Polish Psychological Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne).
For over 13 years, Lena has been a specialist in training projects in the area of managerial competence development, building personal effectiveness and “train-the-trainers” seminars. She worked as an internal trainer in international corporations - from the field of, for example, outsourcing, pharmaceutics and retail - where she conducted training courses on optimisation of task forces’ work and on development of staff competences on each organisational level.
For the past 10 years, Lena has regularly conducted training courses for Polish IBM branches and cooperated with companies, such as: State Street, Shell, BZWBK, Valeo, Luxoft, Aon-Hewitt, Aqusta Westland, among others. Over 1,000 people from finances, accountancy, automotive and IT areas have participated in her leadership training courses. She carried out ESF projects for the postgraduate students in Cracow, on University of Agriculture and on the Jagiellonian University.
At the same time Lena is a professional coach, individual psychotherapist as well as works using group process. Through conducting interpersonal trainings, she cooperates with “Dojrzewalnia Róż” (an organisation that gathers women who support and inspire each other). Both her coaching and therapeutic experience and skills are confirmed by Education and Personal Development Institute in Cracow (Instytut Edukacji i Rozwoju Osobistego w Krakowie) and by Italian Association of Counselling (Associazione Italiana di Counselling).
In private, Lena is a mother of two and an avid ballroom dancer.
