Renata graduated from the Jagiellonian University, where she studied Political Science and Journalism. She also enhanced her knowledge during postgraduate Public Relations studies at University of Economics and postgraduate Project Management (specialisation: IT Projects) on AGH University of Science and Technology, both in Cracow. Renata is also a graduate of the Jagiellonian University’s School "Wszechnica UJ (The Art and Science of Coaching) and a knowledge management consultant.
Renata is a relationship marketing and loyalty programmes trainer. As a specialist in those fields, she works as a speaker during various international conventions, conferences and workshops, and her numerous publications have appeared in Polish newspapers and magazines (Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Finansowa, Mareketer+, Marketing przy Kawie, Ambiente, among others). Renata is also a regular collaborator of the monthly magazine Marketing w Praktyce.
Cooperation with acknowledged Polish and international companies enriched Renata’s professional knowledge and experience in the design, functioning and management of loyalty programmes. She was engaged in the creation of such programmes for Alma Market S.A. (Loyalty Programme Director), LetShare Denmark, Maspex, Fieldworx Austria, Efekt, T-Mobile Austria, Truma GmbH Niemcy, MGGP S.A, to name but a few.
